What I Bring

Complex B2B Made Simple

Point-of-sale terminals, permissions across hundreds of stores, delivery zones on a map. I untangle dense workflows for the people who use them all day.

Research-Led Structure

Card sorts, user interviews, and information architecture come before pixels, so the navigation and naming make sense to real users.

Systems and Teams

As the only designer, I built the design system from scratch and taught developers how to use it, so quality scales without me in every review.
